Operator and contact
AUREWYN LLC does business as HEMMED and operates this storefront. Our public business address is 630 E Twincourt Trail, Ste 105, St. Augustine, FL 32095, United States. You can contact HEMMED at hello@wearhemmed.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or make a purchase independently. A minor may use the site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that use. The site is not directed to children under 13.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, images, options, and prices are presented on the storefront. Colors can vary by screen. Most HEMMED items are made to order, so review the product, color, size, shipping address, and other order details carefully before checkout. HEMMED may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for availability, suspected fraud, or an evident pricing or site error.
Payment and policies
Payment is completed through Stripe's hosted checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to pay the charges shown before purchase. The Shipping Policy and Refund and Exchange Policy form part of these terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive requests, or use HEMMED content in a way that infringes applicable rights. HEMMED names, product statements, photography, artwork, and site content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Customer support
HEMMED aims to respond to support requests within two business days but does not promise 24/7 support. Routine requests may be handled by an authorized support agent under HEMMED's oversight. Sensitive legal, payment, refund, privacy, and escalated matters receive human review.
Disputes and governing law
Before filing a formal claim, contact HEMMED so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith for up to 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, these terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving St. Johns County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
