Who operates HEMMED

AUREWYN LLC, doing business as HEMMED, operates wearhemmed.com and determines how customer information is collected and used through the store.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including contact details, shipping information, order details, support messages, and an email address submitted to the HEMMED list. Your cart is stored in your browser. The site may also collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, and storefront interaction information through essential technology and, where permitted, optional analytics or advertising technology.

Payments, orders, and service providers

Stripe securely processes payment through its hosted checkout. HEMMED does not receive full card details through the storefront. We share information as needed with service providers that support order production and fulfillment, shipping, hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, and business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

How we use information

We use information to operate the storefront, process and support orders, communicate with you, prevent misuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve HEMMED. Where permitted, we may also use analytics, pixels, conversion measurement, audience measurement, remarketing, and profiling to understand and promote the store.

Newsletter information

If you join the HEMMED list, we use your email address for HEMMED communications. The subscriber record is stored in an access-restricted database available only to authorized AUREWYN personnel and protected by appropriate permissions and backups. You can unsubscribe using the method in a message or by contacting us. After you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to honor that choice. If the subscriber destination is unavailable, the form reports an error and does not claim that your address was accepted.

Cookies and tracking choices

Essential storage may remain active because it supports core functions such as the cart. Where applicable law requires consent, nonessential analytics and advertising technologies are disabled until you make a valid choice. Available controls include Accept, Reject, and Manage Preferences. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change a stored choice. HEMMED currently applies this consent-first control worldwide instead of attempting to infer your location.

Retention

• Order records are generally retained for seven years.
• Customer-support correspondence is generally retained for two years.
• Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe.
• Failed or abandoned newsletter-signup records are retained for no more than 30 days.

We may retain information longer when reasonably required by law, a dispute, security needs, or an enforceable legal hold.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing, targeted advertising, sale or sharing, or profiling; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to applicable law, exceptions, and identity verification. HEMMED will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

International use

HEMMED serves customers in markets worldwide where services are available. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the protections required by applicable law.
