Most HEMMED items are made to order and typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Production and transit
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Available methods, charges, and estimated transit windows are shown at checkout where supported. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by holidays, high order volume, weather, customs, carrier delays, or other disruptions outside HEMMED's control.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, it is sent with the shipping confirmation. Items may arrive in separate packages and receive separate tracking numbers. A carrier may need time to display movement after a label is created.
Address changes
Contact HEMMED as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We will try to update it before shipment, but a change is not guaranteed. We cannot change the destination after the package has shipped.
Delayed, missing, or undelivered packages
If a package has not arrived after its estimated delivery date, email hello@wearhemmed.com with your order reference, delivery address, and tracking information. HEMMED will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation. We may need your cooperation or confirmation of delivery details.
International destinations, duties, and taxes
HEMMED may ship worldwide where available services support the destination. Availability, timing, and cost vary, and some destinations may be unavailable. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees assessed by the destination country.
